Users possess the right to request deletion of all personal data held by Elabd Technologies, including information from messaging platform usage and Meta API integrations (Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, WhatsApp Business).
This page functions as the Data Deletion Callback URL required by Meta for Facebook Login, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business API integrations. When users remove the app from their Meta account, Meta notifies this endpoint for automatic deletion processing.
What gets deleted
- Account Information: name, email address, account profile data.
- Access Tokens: all stored Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp API access tokens.
- Message History: inbox messages, conversation logs, auto-reply records.
- Configuration Data: automation rules, webhook settings, platform configurations, knowledge base content.

Permanent data deletion from live systems, databases, and backups within 30 days of verification.
