Backup copies of deleted data may persist in our encrypted backup systems for up to 30 days before being permanently purged. Where required by law, certain records (for example, billing or transaction records) may be retained for longer periods as mandated by applicable regulations.

Account and Data Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. To request deletion, email us at info@elabdtech.com from the email address associated with your account, using the subject line "Account Deletion Request". You may also submit a deletion request from within the app, where available, by going to Settings and selecting "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and complete deletion within 30 days of receiving a valid request. Upon deletion, your personal information is removed from our active systems and is purged from our encrypted backups within an additional 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated data that no longer identifies you may be retained for analytics and service-improvement purposes.
